Job description

We are seeking a full-time Assistant Manager who will provide support to the customer service team in our organization. This position will include involvement with sales support action items as needed to ensure that a high standard of service and customer satisfaction are maintained. We, of course, provide comprehensive training and mentorship to any employee joining our team. All candidates must be excellent communicators and able to execute themselves professionally at all times.

Tasks and Responsibilities of an Assistant Manager:

Our training facility ensures that each person in our office has the opportunity to learn from our top account managers. We organically grow from the ground up and encourage each other to tag-team and create innovative ideas to reach client & customer goals and improve skills. Promotion and pay are based on performance. 

We are currently accepting applications from individuals with experience working in customer service, customer relations, and sales to work as part of our team. Assistant Managers will receive training to ensure they have all the skills and knowledge that they require to be successful in this high-octane industry. We are looking for candidates that are team-oriented, dynamic, and can work with others to cultivate an excellent execution of customer service to our base.
