Job description

The Fix Raleigh in Raleigh NC is looking for one barista to join our 4 person strong team.

We are located on 4111 New Bern Ave Suite 145. You'll receive base pay + tips (tipping starts after training is concluded). Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs
• Keep up with posting regularly on our social media
• Maintain a clean and tidy work area
• Follow health and safety guidelines Interact with customers regularly and professionally

Qualifications

• Proven working experience as a barista recommended but not required
• High integrity with a great attendance record
• Preferably bilingual
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively
• Dependability & great customer service is a necessity!
