EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
RequiresaBachelor’sDegreeinBusinessAdministration,Finance,HealthCare,or a related field with a minimum of eight (8) years of leadership experience in retail, medical services, or related field -OR- the equivalent of combined educational and work experience including 10-15 years of leadership experience in the retail eye care industry, required.
Graduate degree preferred.
Musthaveexperienceinmanagingallaspectsofmulti-siteretailormedicalservices operation, including marketing, distribution, quality control, customer services and financial performance.
Abilitytomanagecomplexrelationshipswithinlargemulti-disciplinehealthcare institution.
Mustpossessexcellentleadershipandcommunicationskills.
Musthaveaproventrackrecordofcreatingandexecutingastrategicvisionwith outstanding business results.
Experienceintechnologyandmanufacturingaprocess highlypreferred.
