HR Director, Manufacturing Operations

Primary Purpose:

The Human Resources (HR) Director for this Operations and Manufacturing position is primarily responsible for all HR related matters at one unionized and one non-unionized manufacturing facility in the Cleveland area. This generalist position is located at one of the sites and works closely with site management and is supported by HR specialists and the Legal Department who are located at the company headquarters in Strongsville, Ohio. This position reports directly to the Global Vice-President for Human Resources (CHRO).
