As a Cloud Engagement Advisor and Consultant, your core responsibility is to craft and implement a comprehensive outreach strategy. This strategy should encompass proactive engagement with mission partners across the Intelligence Community (IC), fostering and maintaining meaningful connections with them. You will play a pivotal role as the primary point of contact for the CIMM program, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. We are looking for a dynamic self-starter who thrives in a team-oriented environment and isn't afraid to introduce innovative ideas and approaches to enhance interactions with IC mission partners. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical and business domains, effectively translating complex technical concepts into understandable information for a diverse audience.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing and maintaining relationships within the IC
• Identifying and implementing effective communication channels to inform and engage our mission partners
• Curating mission partner and/or Sponsor senior management facing briefings.
• Engaging with CIMM technical personnel to ensure consistent technical messaging.
• Stakeholder engagement with the Sponsor and CIMM C2E Cloud Service Providers (CSPs).
• Likely involvement with programmatic execution meetings, Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMs), etc.
• Working with the PMO to develop a consistent, uniform style and language.
• Managing the schedule, assignments, and meetings associated with all narratives and submissions.

Required Qualifications:

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated experience using logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
• Experience coordinating activities within a communications and outreach team
• Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Suite of tools (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Demonstrated experience performing research of cloud technologies
• Demonstrated experience presenting ideas and concepts to a broad stakeholder audience.\
• Strong organizational skills
• Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience equivalent

Desired Qualifications:

• Understanding of basic cloud technologies and terminology
• Operational experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), IBM Cloud, and/or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
• Experience with data visualization and analytical tools
• Strong analysis and quality assessment skills
• Certifications with one or more of the following Cloud Service Providers: AWS, Azure, GCP, IBM, Oracle
