Civil Highway Engineering Manager

Established firm seeks Civil Engineer to lead transportation department:

• 15+ years of Highway Engineering
• Civil Engineering degree with a PE license in NJ or NY
• NJDOT, NJTA experience
• Client cultivation skills
• Mentor junior staff
• Assist developing bids and proposals
• Ensure on time delivery of projects
• Ability to speak publicly making presentations
