Job description

We are a dentist recruiting company working with a very reputable office that is seeking a dentist due to high demand. Ideally a dentist to work 4 or 5 days per week. No nights and no weekends. They have many established patients already as well as a healthy flow of new patients each month. This is practice has excellent online reviews.

The office has paperless charting, new x-ray and an iTero. They also have an experienced team of 2 assistants and 2 hygienists. They all work very well together. The dentist can offer excellent mentoring as well. They'll hire more assistants after they hire the dentist.

General dentistry procedures is all that is required. If a dentist can perform advanced procedures like implants and molar endo, that is a plus but it is not required. The office is around 80% PPOs and 20% fee for service.

They are offering a very competitive daily minimum plus percentage of collections, benefits, retirement plan and more. There is also buy in opportunity in the future.

Associate Dentist Requirements:

Doctor of dental surgery (DDS) or doctor of medicine in dentistry (DMD).
State license to practice dentistry.
CPR certification.
Proven experience working in a dental practice.
The ability to use various dental instruments and equipment.
The ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
The ability to work in a team.
Good hand-eye coordination.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience with both placing and restoring implants.
