Position Summary

Recruiter - Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Utilize Careerplug platform and Click UP application to manage applicant flow
- Screen, schedule, and conduct interviews with eligible RN, LPN, and CNA's
- Schedule and facilitate weekly orientations
- Participate in periodic on-call (e.g., 1-2 X per month)

Nurse Recruiter Competitive Candidate Qualifications:
- Healthcare recruitment experience
- Onboarding experience
- Enthusiastic phone etiquette
- Health Screen (full duty no restrictions) and PPD or Chest X-Ray or Quantiferon Gold
- Typing ability of 65 WPM
- Reliable transportation
- Multi-tasking
- Excellent active listening skills, impeccable organization and attention to detail
- Superior communication skills (verbal and written)
- Availability to work 40 hours per week
- Fully vaccinated against COVID -19, COVID Boosted
- Annual Influenza Vaccine current
