Role: Enterprise Architect - Dynamics CRM
Location: Remote, USA

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of Dynamics CRM solutions to meet enterprise-level business needs and objectives.
- Define and maintain the overall architecture framework, standards, and best practices for Dynamics CRM within the organization.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand strategic goals, identify opportunities, and align technology solutions with business requirements.
- Develop comprehensive architecture blueprints, roadmaps, and technical designs for Dynamics CRM systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement in Dynamics CRM architecture and capabilities.
- Provide guidance and oversight to development teams in the implementation of Dynamics CRM solutions, ensuring adherence to architectural principles and standards.
- Conduct architecture reviews and assessments to identify areas for optimization, consolidation, and standardization within the Dynamics CRM ecosystem.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Dynamics CRM architecture, providing guidance and support to project teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Extensive experience in enterprise architecture, with a focus on designing and implementing solutions using Dynamics CRM.
- In-depth knowledge of Dynamics CRM capabilities, including configuration, customization, integration, and data management.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based architectures, microservices, API integration, and modern development practices.
- Proven track record of leading complex Dynamics CRM implementation projects from conception to delivery in large enterprise environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to align technology solutions with business goals and drive digital transformation initiatives.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert are highly desirable.
