OVERVIEW

Responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repairs of Catholic Community Services (CCS) offices, housing facilities, and fleet vehicles. Supervises maintenance staff; ensures buildings, equipment, grounds, and vehicles are safe and in good repair at all times; and monitors to ensure all safety and health requirements and city/county/state code compliances are met. Must be proficient in all areas of maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, welding, drywall, flooring, appliances, and overall general construction knowledge. Position may from time to time be stressful. M ay perform other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Suitable work experience may be considered as transferable skills in order to meet minimum requirements of the position and will be considered by the Executive Director of Human Resources.
