Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision goals and requirements for sporting events.

Utilize your strong organizational skills to manage event timelines coordination of resources and vendor relationships.
Maintain consistent communication with clients ensuring their expectations are met and exceeded throughout the event planning process.
Cultivate and nurture relationships with various vendors negotiating terms and securing services to enhance sporting events.
Stay uptodate with sporting event industry trends emerging technologies and innovative ideas to deliver exceptional experiences.
Participate in comprehensive training provided by the company to expand your event coordination expertise.
Demonstrate effective problemsolving skills by addressing any challenges that arise before or during events.
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the USA Australia and Mexico.
Possess a computer smartphone or tablet with reliable internet access for remote work tasks.
Strong organizational capabilities multitasking abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills to establish positive relationships with clients vendors and team members.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction and coordination.
Selfdiscipline a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
