Job description

Are you a seasoned sales expert passionate about business growth and client relationships? Join our dynamic team dedicated to advancing the success of institutional clients through business expansion, enhanced customer service, and operational efficiency. As our Vice President of Custody Sales, you'll play a pivotal role in attracting new institutional clients and fostering strong relationships within the financial industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Forge new business relationships with Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs) and Breakaway Advisors, focusing on regions including the Carolinas, Kentucky, Tennessee, and Mississippi.
Identify and capitalize on regional opportunities to meet our strategic business goals.
Contribute to a leading financial services team that offers trading, custody, and brokerage solutions, designed to help our clients prosper.
Utilize your expertise in direct client engagement, financial services, and the RIA, Custody, or Brokerage sectors to lead complex sales cycles and achieve impressive results.
Collaborate with various internal teams to introduce a comprehensive range of products and services to potential clients, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
What We're Looking For:

A Bachelor's degree.
Over 10 years of experience in Sales or Relationship Management within the financial services sector.
Direct experience in the RIA, Custody, or Brokerage industry is highly preferred.
Series 7 and 63 registrations are a plus.
A proven track record of achieving significant results, demonstrated through net flows, assets, and revenue.
Exceptional communication skills and a proactive approach to client interactions.
Ability to understand and articulate our value proposition to potential clients and influencers.
Deep industry knowledge and competitive intelligence.
