Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP A2R Specialist to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP finance modules, particularly in the Accounting to Reporting (A2R) area. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of financial processes within the SAP landscape. The SAP A2R Specialist will play a key role in optimizing and enhancing the end-to-end financial accounting and reporting processes.
Job Responsibilities:
- Configure SAP A2R modules to meet business requirements.
- Lead or actively participate in SAP A2R implementation projects, ensuring successful and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with finance and IT teams to streamline and optimize financial accounting processes within SAP.
- Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Oversee the maintenance and accuracy of master data related to accounting processes in SAP.
- Ensure proper governance and controls for master data changes.
- Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards within SAP to support business decision-making.
- Provide expertise in SAP reporting tools and support end-users in generating relevant financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify and address potential compliance issues.
- Provide training and support to end-users on SAP A2R modules.
- Address user queries and issues related to SAP A2R functionality.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and other business units, to understand and address business requirements.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., SAP certification) is a plus.
- Proven experience in SAP A2R configuration and implementation.
- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and processes.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP FI/CO modules and integration with other SAP modules.
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $75.00 - $80.00 per hour
