Job Overview
1st shift Automation Tender
Hours : 1 st shift 5:00 am – 1:20 pm with mandatory overtime to 3:20 pm and Saturdays as needed.
Wage : $23.44/hour plus excellent benefits
Automation Tender Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Use all types of mechanical and non-mechanical hand tools.
Set dies in all automatic presses.
Set material in cradle and spindle.
Adjust feeder and straighteners for each job.
Set electrical sensors and feeder stops.
Use all types of measuring and inspection tool equipment, micrometers, ruler, vernier, and all type of gauges and plugs.
Operate a forklift safely.
Must complete PMA Automation Training System
Run sample parts for Quality Team Inspections.
