The company’s elite venue network spans five continents, with a portfolio of more than 350 of the world’s most prestigious arenas, stadiums, convention, and exhibition centers, and performing arts venues.We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to be a part of Desert Diamond Arena’s Marketing Department. You will be able to apply your skills in real world applications and learn the different aspects of the Marketing department and the methods within the company, support company policies, suggest improvements within the system and execute policies to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including text, image, and video posts
+ Support the marketing department in daily tasks
+ Build and manage pre-sale, on-sale and event correspondence that is communicated to the attendees via email, website and social media
+ Assist in creating pre-event and event day social media content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter and LinkedIn
+ Create and edit photo, video and graphic content for social media using Adobe Suite, native platforms, and other software
+ Monitor and report on analytics for social media accounts, website, and email
+ Conduct research on market, industry lists, competitors, and new opportunities
+ Update internal and external marketing assets with the most accurate event and venue information
+ Assists with the management, development, production, and distribution of promotional materials to support sales and marketing efforts.
+ Support the marketing team on event day and assisting the tour as needed
+ Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, messages, and feedback in a timely manner
+ Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
+ Support the Marketing team on event day and assist the tour as needed
+ Support the Marketing Department on daily tasks
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
+ 1+ years of experience
+ Experience posting content to social media platforms, including usage of tools such as HootSuite
+ Understanding of brand guidelines and tone for consistency
+ Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point and Adobe Photoshop required.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills
+ Ability to work long and irregular hours that my vary due to functions and may include days, evenings, weekends and holidays
+ Detail- orientated and can efficiently multi-task
+ Ability to adapt and learn quickly
+ Excellent communication and organizational skills.
+ Must be able to interact with all levels of staff including Management
+ Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
