What You'll Do Influence business segment performance through data-driven root cause analysis for efficiency improvements and revenue enhancement Collaborate with Sales and Operations for regular reporting to management, assessing financial implications of decisions Ensure data accuracy and timeliness by working with providers and expertly analyze data for insightful reports Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, providing detailed variance analysis and strategic gap closure insights Maintain competitive knowledge and participate in financial reviews, supporting effective financial controls and internal audit activities Act as a business partner to Regional Directors, focusing on commercial strategies, pricing, and data modeling for proactive territory management Develop and manage standard dashboard reports using BI tools to evaluate KPIs, forecasts, and business impact effectively Work alongside the Finance Team to ensure delivery of finance results including closely working with the WH Controller What You'll Need Proven ability to influence Operations to drive business success Ability to navigate in a matrixed-organization Deep curiosity of profit drivers and ability to use financial systems to mine data to conduct financial analysis Strong financial background including experience with planning, forecasting and integrated financial analysis Minimum 3-10 years of experience in manufacturing or other similar businesses IT Skills including Advanced Excel, Word, Outlook, ERP (Sage L500), Consolidation Packages (Longview) MBA, CPA or CMA preferred SAP experience strongly-preferred Your Education Business degree or relevant financial experience in business operations required MBA, CPA or CMA preferred We are Commercial Metals Company, a Fortune 500 company with a family feel that’s already part of your life.
