Job description
Program Analyst
- You must possess an associate degree in business administration, or a combination of education and at least 5 years of related experience.
- May substitute experience for education.
- Must have at least 5 years of higher-level experience in managing the administration of a project office (or business office); evaluating office administration or project practices and recommending/implementing improvements as necessary.
- Must have skill in development of oral and written presentations sufficient to assist management in presenting issues and recommending solutions to all levels of Federal and Contractor management.
- Must demonstrate the ability to operate a computer and knowledge of a variety of office automation software to produce correspondence, narrative and statistical reports, spreadsheets, graphs, and presentation materials independently.
- Must demonstrate ability to work with multiple project/organizational entities and competing priorities.
- Must demonstrate the ability to manage and balance an Executive's schedule, recognizing the importance of activities and prioritizing them accordingly and keeping the Executive on schedule.
- Must demonstrate ability to apply analytical and evaluative methods and techniques sufficient to identify problems and recommend corrective actions to all levels of Federal and Contractor management and staff.
- Must have skill in the application of quantitative and qualitative analytical principles and techniques sufficient to evaluate a large volume of technical and business-oriented data to determine its validity and draw appropriate conclusions.
- Must be able to acquire and maintain up to a DOE "Q" security clearance.
