Job description

The Client Services Delivery Manager will oversee the Print Production operations and client relations for a large account within a region and will contribute to the development and create documentation that explains the programs established for this client.
- Manages staff and oversees production equipment for large account.
- Meets with end users to discuss print and mailing projects
- Understands all software and hardware requirements necessary for print production submission and tracking applications
- Core focus on output and document management strategies. Key elements include hardware, software, document management, workflow analysis, sustainability impacts and staffing.
- Documents all program offerings and measure the results by providing dominant information through agreed upon metrics, quarterly business reporting, P&L validation and program by program results.
- Provides program recommendations to the account team and provide quarterly summary of any changes in program offerings/components.
- Ensures proper communication and marketing of program elements to end users and key stakeholders.
- Directs training and education on all program elements through webinars, collateral, in person visits, and social media.
- Collaborates with all stakeholders to ensure program goals and objectives are clear, attainable and that key measurements are in place.
- Engages product specialists to ensure appropriate products are being offered.
- Presents assessment results and make solutions recommendations addressing overall solution, optimization strategy, transition planning, training and satisfaction survey.
- Strong people and presentation skills
- Digital and/or Commercial Print Production experience
- Experience in the operation of high volume print production equipment and knowledgeable in finishing/binding services.
- Ability to operate print production and finishing/binding equipment
- Provide RFP support as needed for print production workflows and solutions.
- Develop marketing campaign to promote services.

- Requires 5 years of related experience and management of two or more regular full-time employees; bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Technical experience and/or certifications required.
- Strong customer service skills to generate customer relationships through listening and learning channels such as discovery conversations, issue management and resolution processes and regular check-ins to ensure resolution is satisfactory.
- Identifies opportunities to improve the customer experience with Canon.
- Respectfully shares customer opportunities for improvement with Canon teams as appropriate.
- Required to take all necessary steps to obtain security and/or other clearances required by customers to enter the customers' premises.
- May require up to 30% travel to client sites, including overnights (valid driver's license and acceptable driving record necessary).

 
In accordance with applicable law, we are providing the anticpated base salary for this role: $76,150- $114,040.
