Position overview
Are you someone whose experienced and versatile in marketing and hungry to understand people, building awareness about how a product/service can satisfy their needs? This role for North America Marketing Manager is part of the newly-formed Americas regional marketing team, responsible for building growth strategy, driving innovation stage gate projects and support various growth initiatives.

Responsibilities
For core markets:
- Maintain market intel in terms of market size, market trends, competitive landscape and customer database
- Develop growth strategy and identify growth opportunities by market segment
- Work across functions to develop action plans for growth opportunities and facilitate the implementation of action plans
- Work with R&D to drive innovation stage gate projects for new and adjacent markets
For new and adjacent markets:
- Develop in-depth understanding of the market, including but not limited to market size, growth rates, trends, key technologies, customer dynamics, supply dynamics, customer buying process and what it takes to be successful as a supplier in this market
- Recommend entry strategy and work across functions to facilitate the implementation of entry of the market
For M&A:
- Build and maintain M&A pipeline for existing and new markets
- Facilitate active M&A projects by providing synergy estimation as well as providing support for due diligence
General:
- Maintain relationship with trade organization and regulatory bodies
- Work with marketing communication and digital team to manage trade shows and digital communications
- Support corporate initiatives
- Cultivate cross-functional and cross-regional relationships to drive greater impact and reach of key initiatives
Required skills and experience
- 5-10 years of professional experience in strategic marketing and commercial experience, in B2B environment.
- Experience developing strategy preferred. Familiar with marketing tools and models.
- Can lead complex projects as well as being an excellent team member. Entrepreneurial mindset and a self-starter. Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Fluent English skills required.
- Position is located in Alpharetta, Georgia. Relocation is a must and relocation assistance is available.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
- MBA is a plus.
