Responsibilities:
As a Provider Credentials Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our pharmacy providers meet federal and state regulations and statutes. Your daily tasks will include:

Facilitating the receipt, processing, and first-level evaluation of provider credentials.
Collaborating with strategic vendors and pharmacy providers to obtain, review, and process credentials.
Ensuring compliance with URAC standards and company policies for a high-quality, credentialed pharmacy network.
Generating reports on credential activity, presenting to department leadership and Credential Committees.
Monitoring and extracting information from credential databases, such as HMS, NCPDP, OIG, DEA, and State Boards of Pharmacy.
Supporting pharmacy network personnel in addressing contractual pricing questions, processing requirements, and resolving issues.
What We Expect:

High school diploma or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
Retail pharmacy experience or managed care pharmacy setting experience desired.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
Strong analytical skills, ability to work independently, and manage multiple priorities.
Excellent telephonic and written communication skills.
Professional interaction with providers at all levels, both internally and externally.
