Job description
We are one of Atlanta's premier General Contractors focused in the commercial sector. With about 200+ employees and a backlog of projects for the next decade, we are looking to bring on a Preconstruction Manager to our award winning team. Please read on!
What will you be doing:
- Responsible for managing the entire preconstruction phase
- Creating project plans, budgeting, coordinating with the design team, and working with the construction team to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget.
- Commercial & Multi-family Projects in Richmond
- Ground-up, new construction
- Estimating, budgeting, bids, cost analysis
What you need for this position:
- 5+ years of Preconstruction experience
- 2+ years of experience as a Preconstruction Manager
- Commercial or Multi-family experience, both is a plus
- BS in Construction Management or related
