This is a remote position.

As a Remote Corporate Logistics Travel Administrator you will play a pivotal role in efficiently managing all aspects of corporate and personal travel for our organization. This includes coordinating travel arrangements ensuring compliance with company policies and providing exceptional support to employees for both business and personal travel needs. Your role is crucial in maintaining smooth logistics and enhancing the overall travel experience for our team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Travel Coordination:**

Plan and coordinate all aspects of corporate travel including flights accommodations ground transportation and any necessary documentation.

Collaborate with employees to understand their travel requirements and preferences.

2. **Expense Management:**

Monitor and manage travel expenses ensuring compliance with budgetary constraints and company policies.

Process and reconcile travelrelated expenses in a timely manner.

3. **Policy Compliance:**

Stay updated on company travel policies and ensure adherence to established guidelines.

Provide guidance to employees on travel policy compliance and approval processes.

4. **Vendor Management:**

Negotiate and liaise with travel vendors ensuring costeffective and reliable services.

Maintain relationships with travel agencies airlines hotels and other service providers.

5. **Personal Travel Assistance:**

Assist employees with personal travel arrangements including vacation planning and booking.

Provide guidance on travel insurance visa requirements and health and safety considerations.

6. **Travel Technology:**

Utilize travel management software and tools to streamline the booking process and enhance travel efficiency.

Stay informed about the latest advancements in travel technology.

7. **Emergency Assistance:**

Develop and implement contingency plans for travel disruptions or emergencies.

Provide support to travelers in case of unexpected issues during their journeys.

8. **Communication and Training:**

Communicate travelrelated information updates and best practices to employees.

Conduct training sessions to educate employees on efficient travel planning and expense management.



Requirements

**Qualifications:**

Proven experience in corporate travel management or a related field is advantageous.

Familiarity with travel booking systems and expense management tools is advantageous.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Knowledge of travel regulations safety protocols and industry best practices.
