During your work as a Digitalization Technician I, you will…

Support manufacturing operations for the site and digitalization organization. You will be part of a team that provides 24/7 technical support. You will drive process and occupational safety by adhering to all BASF safety rules and policies. You will be an integral part of supporting Production and systems processes by working with Operators, and technical support functions to support operations. You will provide 1st level support on standard office and production PC’s, printers, software and escalate/interact/collaborate with next level support.

• Support Onboarding of new employees on to login to PC’s and software systems.
• Maintain, track and support shared business computers and accounts.
• Support and troubleshoot production MS office applications.
• Support/implement small hardware/software projects as needed.
• Support and troubleshoot printers and label printers.
• Will work with multiple departments and colleagues daily.
• Collaborative can do attitude is a must.
• Help users with service requests as needed.

Qualifications…

• High School Diploma or GED, required.
• 6 months minimum experience in an industrial environment supporting PC, applications and user training, required.
• Must possess computer skills (MS Office, basic PC knowledge and troubleshooting), including the ability to learn various types of software on your own, required.
• Programming skills are a plus.

The competitive Pay Range for this role is $22.00 - $27.00/hr. Actual pay will be determined based on education, certifications, experience, and other job-related factor permitted by law.
