At this time, we are hiring a full time "Central Supply and Medical Records Assistant"

Job Description:

The following, and otherwise discussed, responsibilities are part of this position

• Gather and prepare patient charts and documents
• Ensure that medical records are organized, accurate, and complete
• Create digital copies of paperwork
• Safeguard patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA standards
• Track supply orders and the financial expenses
• Maintaining inventory of equipment and order new equipment as necessary
• Clean equipment and verify that equipment is functioning properly

What do we require from you?

• A High School diploma or similar certificate of education
• Extraordinary attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and aptitude for teamwork
• Strong Microsoft Office experience / skills
• Demonstrable working knowledge of relevant state and federal regulations
• (Preferred, not required) A Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or otherwise related healthcare certificate
• (Preferred, not required) One year of medical records experience in a similar setting
