Job Description

To provide instruction and tutoring as an assistant to an academic teacher in a state facility or university; perform related work.

This is a 10 month appointment, paid year around. The successful candidate will work 40 hours per week, ten months per year; off-campus beginning mid-June, returning mid-August.

The successful candidate will assist ESTEC faculty and provide instructional assistance.

Key Responsibilities

* Laboratory setup, assists in inventory control, ensures required parts have been ordered, ensures labs are appropriately stocked and operational.

* Monitor student conduct and adherence to safety protocols.
* Marketing and student recruitment, including on-and off-site events as needed.
* Other duties as assigned.

Some positions at Idaho State University may require the physical ability to bend, stoop, lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds and work in hot and humid environments.

Additional Information

ISU minimum for this classification is $15.25 per hour.
