What You'll Be Doing
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and test compressed air equipment at customer sites.
- Perform preventative maintenance on customer compressed air systems.
- Consult and advise customers about their compressed air equipment needs, maintenance, and repairs.
- Record and report the tasks performed to the relevant departments.
- Collaborate with the Parts and Sales departments to provide comprehensive service to customers.
- Carry out other necessary tasks as assigned by management
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in maintaining air compressor systems.
- Basic understanding of electrical systems.
- EPA Section 608 Technician (Universal Refrigerant) Certification (desired).
- ASSE 6040 (Medical Gas Maintenance Personnel) Certification (desired).
- Current driver’s license with a good driving record.
- High school education or GED.
- A history of on-site maintenance at customer facilities.
- Excellent customer service skills with an ability to advise customers on equipment needs, maintenance, and repairs.
- Experience documenting work performed and submitting reports.
- Willingness to work with cross-functional teams.
