SAIC is seeking a Risk Management Framework (RMF) Analyst and Cloud ISSO to support the US Army Corps of Engineers Revolutionary IT Services (USACE RITS) program.
This role offers work from home/ remote/ virtual work at home
Responsibilities Include:
- They will be responsible for the Walk-up window to assist customers with ServiceNow.
- They will be required to manage tickets, provide updates to customers, tutelage for creating tickets and escalating tickets when necessary.
- They will also assist the MSO office in GFE loaner pool.
- They will b e responsible for keeping equipment online and updated, ready for use as hand- receipt back-up devices to cover break/fix processes.
- Support VTC conference rooms for audio visual equipment located with the rooms, setting up equipment before meetings as well as performing incident trouble shooting for challenges that may arise while equipment is in use
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelors and zero (0) years or more experience; four (4) years of experience in lieu of degree.
Required Clearance: Active DOD Secret clearance
Required Skills:
- Experience in supporting ISSO roles in DOD environment and capable of communicating or providing evidence of completion of ATO packages for both on-premises and Cloud environments.
- Experience working in a help desk setting
Target salary range: $75,001 - $85,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
Covid Policy: SAIC does not require COVID-19 vaccinations or boosters. Customer site vaccination requirements must be followed when work is performed at a customer site.
