Job description
The Coordinator, Marketing and Media’s main responsibility is to assist in the development and implementation of advertising and marketing campaigns and assets with the Sr. Manager, Marketing and Media across various film/TV soundtrack and artist campaigns.
This role will work closely with Marketing, Sales & Digital, Social, Creative, Business Affairs, Production, Promotion, and Publicity teams, as well as outside agencies and partners.
The ideal candidate should be extremely detail-oriented and maintain a sense of curiosity with an ability to multi-task and prioritize within a fast-paced work environment.
Responsibilities:
Effectively maintain and track, organize, and log a high volume of incoming and outgoing advertising materials in a timely manner to ensure no opportunities or deadlines are missed.
Brainstorm with marketing leads to identify advertising and marketing asset needs.
Coordinate multiple assignments and projects around the development of marketing strategy, digital, and social media advertising initiatives.
Assist in preparation & routing of advertising assets (including but not limited to social, digital, TV, radio, print, out of home advertising assets) to related departments and external partners.
Stays up to date on social media trends and platforms to better help develop creative and innovative content strategies and media campaigns. Platforms include but are not limited to, TikTok, Meta, LinkedIn, Snapchat, X.
Coordinate the creation of project promotional marketing tools and merchandise including posters, stickers, clings, postcards, and one sheets; and oversee their delivery.
Proofread/review marketing tools and advertising asset designs and copy to maintain brand integrity.
Process internal and external partner invoice requests and vendor setups.
Assist in the creation and distribution of advertising reports.
Support the marketing team on other projects as defined.
Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement to senior management.
This role will provide administrative support including calendar management and other support duties.
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as assistant or coordinator in marketing, traditional and/or digital advertising, and/or social media marketing
Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships and interact comfortably and effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and handle tight deadlines.
Critical attention to detail, accuracy, and design
Preferred Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of photo and video editing programs (Photoshop/Adobe)
