Position: Marketing & Sales Enablement Specialist – Project Manager

This position will coordinate directly with an entrepreneur supporting multiple professional services and finance-related businesses to establish and optimize Marketing and Sales Enablement processes and campaigns. Industries/focuses include Energy & Infrastructure, Tax & Accounting, Mergers & Acquisitions, Forensic Engineering, and others.

This is not a siloed, isolated position; you will interact with multiple teams concurrently. You should be hands-on and execution-focused, have excellent follow-through, solid implementation, and a strong desire for forward progress. This is a dynamic position. If you have ever responded to a request with the words, “That is not in my job description,” you should not apply for this position.

The ideal candidate will grow this role into a leadership position by scaling up the performance of this role into a team of marketing and sales enablement specialists that successfully execute growth targets set at each company. Business is a team sport. You will have access to the existing business’s team members, a shared Virtual Assistant, and, in some cases, an outside marketing firm to support your efforts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Establish a Sales Enablement process for the B2B sales team that leverages automation and integrates with SalesForce. This process will include lead generation, lead nurture, cold and warm email, LinkedIn, and other channels as appropriate. This will be a cyclical process that will be iterated and optimized. KPIs will be established and tracked for performance and reporting to the Executive Team and Board.

2. Establish a Marketing and Sales Enablement process for a B2C sales team to drive inbound leads and update CRM. This process should leverage funnels, content strategy, social media, warm and cold email, paid ads, lead nurturing, etc. KPIs will be established and tracked for performance and reporting to the Management Team and Owners.

3. Optimize an existing Lead Gen, Lead Nurture process in support of an M&A (Mergers and
Acquisitions) campaign. This effort will include a combination of cold and warm email, LinkedIn, phone, live event support, content marketing, and other channels as appropriate. KPIs will be established and tracked for performance and reporting to the Executive Team and Board.

4. Support improving a Sales Enablement process to maximize existing regional market share and support the team successfully expanding into a new region for B2B professional
services.

5. Curious and eager to quickly learn about the businesses, the markets, and the clients we serve.

6. Create, test, experiment, iterate, and optimize multiple marketing campaigns concurrently. Email, Social, Website, Landing Pages, Funnels, Blogs, Content, AdWords,
Facebook & Google advertising networks, etc.

7. Results matter. You must be detailed, organized, and able to provide empirical data to support decisions. This doesn’t mean tons of nonsense reporting, but it will include
tracking KPIs and providing documentation supporting board decks and presentations.

8. New ideas and projects are added frequently, and you will work collaboratively to develop the best strategy to deploy and drive execution.

9. Be comfortable with change and working with ambiguity. This position will require a balance of delivering consistent execution of goals while being flexible as conditions change and being supportive of those changes as they happen.

10. You will regularly participate in brainstorming/problem-solving sessions to evaluate challenges and opportunities within the businesses we are involved in. You will provide insight and perspective to develop strategies and tactics to address these situations best.

Education/Formal Training Required:

· Education and experience are essential. However, the format of your education and experience are less important than your ability to execute successfully.

· You should have enough education to know what you’re doing. You should also be self-motivated to stay current on best practices and trends.

· You should have enough experience to have done this and a successful track record that you can leverage here.

Indicative Compensation: $60k - $80k, dependent on qualifications.
