Here at Persepshen, we believe Mother Nature knows best. That food from the earth trumps food from a lab. The simplicity of cooking local ingredients over an open fire will never disappoint. Nourishing food tastes good. Tail-to-snout butchery is not cliché, rather it is our sustainable choice.

Supporting local artisans and craftsmen is our only choice, by choice. Simple is good. Local, organic farmers are the backbone of a sustainable future.

Who we are:

• We make everything from scratch, utilizing whole animals and organic ingredients from local farms. 
• We compost all of our food scraps and use truly eco-friendly (safe) cleaning products. 
• We take great pride in sourcing the best quality products possible and like for our team to appreciate that as well. 
• Our food menu changes weekly, in order to feature the freshest food possible. 
• We strive to give guests the best experience every single time they dine with us. 

Who we are looking for:

• We are looking for highly motivated people who thrive in a fast paced, food centered environment.
• Passion, attention to detail, and the ability to work well as part of a team are essential. 
• Since the menu is forever changing, we need our team to have an ongoing willingness to learn. 

This is an excellent opportunity to learn more about the industry. If you have a thirst for knowledge, we are happy to teach you what we've learned over our past 40+ combined years in restaurants. 

We are open Thursday - Sunday which means your work week is four days.
