Position Summary:
Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a Temporary Research Assistant for the Department of Microbiology, Biochemistry and Molecular Genetics within the New Jersey Medical School. Under the direction of the Principal Investigator, the Temporary Research Assistant will engage in parasitology research related activities. The candidate will be responsible for molecular biology, protein purification, enzymatic assays, IC50 determination, tissue culture, animal work, microscopy and maintaining a detailed laboratory notebook. Duties will also include general laboratory maintenance.
