Our Real Estate Assistant job is a position in development that is focused on the growth of the brokerage side of the company, working with our Broker in developing and expanding our Realtor marketing and training, while also being key support to onboarding our new Landlord clients. This position has great potential for advancement into Managerial role, so candidate should be prepared for full immersion into our Firm.

This IN-OFFICE (not remote) position is ideal for someone who has experience in real estate either as an Agent, Agent's Assistant, or Brokerage admin and thrives on creativity and projects coordination. Candidate may be licensed (not required), but "InActive" status required for this position. Licensing would be required later for management role.

As development and implementation of the programs produce greater production and revenue, additional hiring will occur to supplement and take over the initial phases developed in each area. Ideally, the individual hired for this position will excel in their professional growth and have a strong desire to move into Management, to then supervise those programs that they were instrumental in creating and developing.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND ROLES

As Executive Assistant to Broker/CEO:

Administrative Duties:

Language Skills

Ability to read and interpret documents and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence using correct spelling and grammar is paramount. Bilingual Spanish communication skills a plus, but not required.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule forms. Ability to interpret what is observed, explain it in great details, and propose practical solutions. Ability to document and teach some of the process to others.

Computer Skills

Have working knowledge of Gmail for emailing, Microsoft Word and Excel for creating and preparing reports and spreadsheets to coordinate projects, Canva and photo/video editors for content production, Trello for coordinating projects, YouTube, Facebook, & Google platforms. Offloading photos, editing, and uploading pics/vids will be part of creating pages and ads. Foundational HTML 5 understanding is needed to work with our Website and achieving the desired layouts.

Physical Demands

Performing the duties of this Job will require employee to stand, walk, talk and hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb stairs or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl in taking various real estate photo shots. Specific vision abilities require close vision, distance vision and depth perception.

Work Environment

Employee is regularly exposed to internal office conditions. However, employee will also be exposed to outside weather conditions; other tasks at properties are required regardless of rain, heat, or cold. Employee is occasionally exposed to high, precarious places for photo shoots.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
