Federally Qualified Health Center with expanding community clinics located on the scenic Central Coast of California serving the medically underserved of San Luis Obispo and Northern Santa Barbara Counties seeking OB|GYN physicians; call coverage available;competitive salary plus productivity bonus; state-of-the-art Athena; patient demographics include low income and medically underserved population; 75% adult (chronic disease, health maintenance, pain management, mental health) 5-10% Pediatrics (well baby|child, chronic disease, health maint) and 15% women's health. NHSC loan repayment; Federal Tort Claims Act malpractice coverage's provided by the Federal Government; position offers a competitive base salary, plus incentives for production and quality, to ensure security and potential for additional earnings. This opportunity wit with a 501(c)(3) non-profit network of community health centers serving the residents of California's Central Coast. Conveniently located throughout San Luis Obispo and northern Santa Barbara counties, offer fully accredited Medical, Dental and Chiropractic care as well as Health Education and Specialty Care. The clinics are located in San Luis Obispo County and Northern Santa Barbara County on the Central Coast of California. The target population includes low income, uninsured community members with special emphasis on homeless people, migrant and seasonal farm workers and public housing residents. Their professional staffing includes Pediatricians, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and OB|GYN Physicians. In addition, there are Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, Dentists, Chiropractors, Licensed Clinical Social Workers and Nutritionists. The support staff for each medical provider usually includes one Receptionist and two Medical Assistants.
