Job Details
- Shifts: Days 8 hours MondayFriday Rotating w/ weekends 3640hrs
- Work Location: Onsite; Palo Alto City CA
Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform MRI scans on patients as requested by physicians
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during the scanning process
- Operate and maintain MRI equipment including performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Review and evaluate images to ensure quality and accuracy
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to interpret and analyze scan results
- Maintain patient records and documentation in accordance with regulatory standards
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to minimize risks associated with MRI scanning
Requirements
Education Qualifications
- Satisfactory completion of a JCERT (Joint Review Committee on Education of Radiologic Technologist) approved Radiologic technology program
Licenses and Certifications
- CRTCertified Technologist by the state of California Department OF Health Service in Radiology or ARRT The American Registry Radiology Technologist or ARMRIT American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists
Experience
- Two years of directly related work experience
- Looking for tech with 35 years of MRI experience with Knowledge of GE 29.0 software.
