Job description
Crossroads Community Baptist Church (), a Southern Baptist Convention church located in Ann Arbor, MI, is seeking a full-time senior pastor to lead our congregation starting as soon as possible.
We are a culturally and ethnically diverse congregation of 160 members and regular attenders. We are looking for a senior pastor who feels a sense of ownership for all aspects of the church. We seek a servant leader who is a disciple-maker and mentor as we seek to equip Christ-followers to grow in their knowledge and love for Christ, reach the lost in our communities, and have an impact in all nations. We are looking for a pastor who is able to connect with varied cultures and generations in our church and eager to serve in a liberal college town where he understands the challenges of ministry in our community. We seek a faithful follower of Jesus who is experienced in church administration and leading a staff of pastors and administrative staff.
The minimum qualifications for this position are a Master of Divinity or Theology (completed doctorate degree preferred) and at least five continuous years full-time pastoral experience.
