- Shift : Full-Time Nights (7p-7a) with Weekend Rotation

Job Summary and Qualifications
As a Registered Nurse in Labor & Delivery, your role is crucial in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for patients. You'll be a key member of the interdependent team, responsible for achieving positive patient and unit outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- 🤰 Demonstrate proficiency in assessing, treating, and caring for laboring mothers and newborns.
- 👩⚕️ Collaborate with the healthcare team to protect, promote, and optimize health, prevent illness and injury, alleviate suffering, and advocate for individuals and families.
- 📚 Possess knowledge and skills necessary to provide age-appropriate care, considering physical, psycho/social, educational, safety, and related criteria.
- 🤝 Contribute to nursing practice through Shared Governance, unit meetings, surveys, and communication of ideas.
- 🌟 Consider safety, effectiveness, cost, and practice impact when planning and delivering nursing services.
Qualifications
- 🎓 Graduate from an accredited school of Nursing: Associate's Degree in Nursing or higher is required.
- 📜 Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice and/or hold an active Compact/Multi-State RN license.
- 💓 Current American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) Health Care Provider certification is required.

Compensation
- 💰 Minimum: $28.40
- 💰 Mid: $35.50
- 💰 Maximum: $42.60
