Job description
Job Summary:
The Human Resource Specialist at Integrity First Caregivers is responsible for managing all aspects of human resources for our organization in Memphis, Tennessee. This is a full-time administrative position with a primary focus on managing the recruitment, training, and development of our team members. The Human Resource Specialist will also play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to human resources.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions within the organization
- Create job postings and manage the recruitment process
- Coordinate and conduct new employee orientation and onboarding processes
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our team members
- Manage and update employee records and ensure compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members to improve their performance
- Handle employee relation issues and provide guidance and support to managers and team members
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Stay up-to-date with changes in employment laws and regulations and make necessary updates to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a human resources role, preferably in a management position
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations, including ADA and EEOC
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with recruitment, training, and employee relations
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
