General Information - CNC Programmer
- Located in Mentor, OH
- $27-$35/hour based on previous experience.
- 1 st shift, Monday-Friday from 7am-330pm
- Temp to Hire opportunity with the company.
As the CNC Programmer you would be responsible for writing and editing programs using FeatureCAM or conversational programming for CNC Mills and Lathes, as well as setting up machinery for operators.
Duties/Responsibilities - Program machine operations using conversational input on controller (FANUC).
- Use Autodesk Feature CAM to write programs from blueprints.
- Make required program edits and offsets.
- Setup CNC machine and robot from programming to part completion.
- Ensure all work meets quality standards, instructions, and specifications.
- Read and follow blueprints or original components to manufacture new parts.
- Working with Haas Lathes and Mills, Fadal Vertical Mill, Makino Horizontal Mills, and Okuma Multitasking Machine, as well as multiple robotic arms.
Skills/Qualifications - 2-5 years years' experience in CNC Programming, experience working with robotics a plus.
- Previous experience using Feature CAM or similar programming software.
- Ability to read blueprints.
- High School Diploma or GED, required.
- Will be subject to pre-employment screening.
