Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill an Sr Instructional Designer position in Philadelphia, PA.

On-site position- Must be located in Philadelphia, PA.

Type: 40hrs/wk. Contract

Start Date: ASAP

Pay: $52

Length: 12+ months with possibility of extension

Shift: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Instructional Designer with extensive experience in developing engaging and effective training content. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in instructional design methodologies and a proven track record of creating high-quality eLearning content and instructor-led training materials. The role requires expertise in utilizing the ADDIE Model and proficiency in Articulate Storyline for content development.

Qualifications for this Instructional Designer position include:

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field.

• 10+ years of instructional design experience, with a focus on training content development.

• Extensive experience (minimum 7 years) creating eLearning content in Articulate Storyline and instructor-led training materials.

• Proficiency in utilizing the ADDIE Model to design and develop effective training programs.

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Pay Details: $52.00 per hour
