Job Summary
- As the Product Manager for a suite of SaaS products, you will lead a team of software engineers in the development and enhancement of products that engage people to love Jesus, serve others, spread Hope. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, drive product strategy, and ensure successful delivery of high-quality software. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership, and a deep understanding of SaaS product management.
Essential Functions Product Strategy - Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for our SaaS products, aligning it with the company's goals and customer needs.
Team Leadership - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers, providing guidance, setting performance goals, and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Product Development - Oversee the full product development lifecycle, from concept to delivery, ensuring product features are designed and implemented effectively.
Cross-Functional Collaboration - Collaborate with product designers, QA, marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure product development aligns with business objectives.
Prioritization - Make data-driven decisions to prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market analysis, and company objectives.
Quality Assurance - Ensure product quality by working closely with QA teams to establish testing criteria and standards.
Release Management - Plan and oversee product releases, including feature deployment schedules and communication with customers.
User Feedback - Collect and analyze user feedback to iteratively improve products, making them more user-friendly and valuable.
Market Research - Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the SaaS space.
Demonstrated Faith - Pray for coworkers in team meetings or with donors/listeners as needed.
- Participate in Support Drives as needed.
- Participate in ministry wide Christian bible studies.
- Attend weekly Hope Huddle and team meetings for prayer and devotions.
- Maintains a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
- Is a consistent witness for Jesus Christ. Maintains a courteous, Christ-like attitude in dealing with people within and outside of the organization

Requirements
Education: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience: - Proven experience in software engineering and software product management, with a minimum of 8 years of experience.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, including experience managing software development teams.
- Technical proficiency and the ability to understand complex software development processes.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across different functional teams.
