About Us:
We're on the lookout for college students pursuing their Education Degree who have a passion for helping students thrive academically. At our learning centers in Lake Zurich/Barrington and Schaumburg, IL, we specialize in providing tailored educational support to K-12 students.

Positions Available:

Early Elementary Reading Tutor
Reading/English Tutor (4th through 12th grades)
Math Tutor (K-12)
TestPrep (ACT/SAT) Tutor
Writing Tutor
Study Skills Tutor

Requirements:

For Reading/English tutors: Currently pursuing an Education/Teaching Degree.
For Math tutors: Strong proficiency up to Algebra 2 (Education Degree not mandatory).
For TestPrep (ACT/SAT) Tutor: Strong ACT/SAT scores (30/1400 preferred).
Preferably, at least one year of teaching or tutoring experience.
Ability to connect with students and maintain effective communication.
Willingness to work from one of our Lake Zurich/Barrington or Schaumburg locations.
Skills and Qualities:
Ability to motivate and engage students during sessions.
Documenting and tracking student progress.
Collaborating with our Educational Team to address student needs.
Creating a supportive and dynamic learning environment.
Demonstrating enthusiasm and positivity towards teaching and learning.
