Licensed Forensic Therapist/Intake Specialist

About the Forensic Therapist/Intake Specialist Position:

If you are a Mental Health Professional (LSW, LPC, LCSW) with a passion for changing lives and a willingness to work with a challenging population, please consider this opportunity. A local provider that serves sex offenders and those struggling with sexual behaviors needs outpatient therapists/intake specialists to split their time between our Harrisburg and York County offices. Using a Cognitive Behavioral Approach and a mix of group, individual, and family therapy, this team of dedicated forensic therapists collaborates to improve lives, change behavior patterns, and make our community better and safer. Clients include both court-mandated offenders and those seeking treatment on their own.

Our Ideal Forensic Therapist/Intake Specialist:

• REQUIRED: Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, School Counseling, or other Human Services related field
• REQUIRED: PA license (LSW, LPC, or LCSW)
• 2 years of mental health counseling experience preferred
• Detailed, organized, and timely with paperwork
