Job description
Position Summary
SAP ERP Specialist will be primarily responsible for the first line of support and work with other business associates to understand the gaps in the current SAP processes and recommend the necessary improvements. This will take a solid understanding of SAP, understanding integration points and knowledge of our business processes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the position:
Providing expert level support and guidance to users
Working knowledge in various SAP HANA modules including: SD, MM, FICO, Fiori
Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvements, understand business processes and align SAP functionalities with business requirements
Configure and customize the SAP to meet specific organizational needs and provide ongoing support for users and troubleshoot issues. Support end user reporting and analysis requirements
Managing SAP incidents, and to write/manage functional specifications
Additional or different functions may be assigned from time to time
§ 2+ years of SAP support/implementation experience required
§ 2+ of ABAP and debugging experience required
§ Knowledge of SAP HANA Database structures/tables
§ Strong SQL Skills
§ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related degree
§ High business acumen
§ Excellence in verbal, oral, and written communication skills
§ Bilingual Must speak English/ Mandarin

Salary: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
