Job Description

The Ultrasound Service Coordinator oversees the direction and daily management of Ultrasound Services as supervises all assigned personnel. This position is responsible for daily operations and schedules for Ultrasound Services at both the Lynchburg General Hospital and Virginia Baptist Hospital as it relates to staffing and patient flow. In addition, this position provides hands-n Ultrasound Technologist services.

Qualifications

Required Education: Graduate of an accredited Ultrasound program

Required Experience: 5 five years supervisor experience of ultrasound procedures.
Preferred : 3 years of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist

Required Certifications and Licensures: Current ARRT and/or Ultrasound certification. Current CPR certificate
