We're looking for a dynamic and passionate Sales Enablement Specialist to join our team and play a critical role in driving sales success through impactful enablement strategy, content, training, and communication initiatives. You'll wear multiple hats, bridging the gap between Account Management, Business Development, Marketing, Product and other Cross-Functional teams to ensure our Walmart Marketplace sales organization has the resources and knowledge needed to excel.

Sales GTM Content & Tool Development & Management:
Develop and manage high-impact GTM content (e.g., playbooks, pitch decks, talking points, objection handling sheets, cheat sheets, product brochures, one-pagers) that support various sales stages and initiatives.
Identify and implement effective sales tools and technologies to streamline workflows and improve team productivity.
Maintain a centralized knowledge repository and associated processes for easy access to essential sales resources.
Establish a clear intake workflow for content and tool requests, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
Field Enablement:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, UX Content, Account Management) to design and deliver engaging training programs across various formats (online, in-person, 1:1s, group).
Identify and implement new ways of working to optimize sales processes and drive performance.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in sales enablement, continuously improving the program's effectiveness.
Strategic Sales Initiatives, Planning & Execution:
Lead the execution of key marketplace sales initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize operations and achieve tangible results.
Partner with Program Management to ensure initiative-level reporting, giving sales teams strategic analytics and proactive risk identification insights.
Facilitate seamless adoption across departments by effectively communicating and implementing change management strategies.
Internal Communications:
Develop and execute clear and compelling communication plans to inform and engage the sales community about internal changes, initiatives, and updates.
Utilize various communication channels (email, intranet, recurring program meetings) to ensure effective information dissemination and transparency.
Gather feedback from the sales team and adjust communication strategies accordingly to foster a positive and collaborative culture.
