What Winning in This Position Looks Like:

• Run your own truck as we provide service plumbing work to our residential and commercial customers. 
• Achieve predetermined KPIs in conversion rate, average ticket, callbacks, and customer satisfaction. 
• Set and accomplish individual goals no matter where you are in your career. 

What You Need to Win in This Position:

• A journeyman plumber’s license. 
• You get excited about serving others and can talk through the options with customers and close the deal. 
• Humility to receive instructions, own mistakes, and take responsibility. 
• Ability to interact with customers and other team members in accordance with our mission, vision, and values. 

What Your Workday Will Look Like:

Our start time depends on our schedule. We usually start between 7-8 a.m. 

You will run your own plumbing truck as you provide service work to our residential and commercial customers. We are a service-based plumbing company. We do not do new construction. The work we provide covers all aspects of residential service plumbing. 

Not all our crews end at the same time, and your exact end time will vary from day to day. On average, we wrap up around 5 p.m., but this can range anywhere from 3-7 p.m. 

Currently, we do not work on-call or on weekends. 

Compensation and Benefits:

• Starting pay is $24 hourly base pay, with a performance-based bonus structure that will provide you the opportunity to earn $100,000+ annually. Overtime pay included.
