Per Diem Waltham, MA How You'll Contribute : Reporting to the Clinical Manager the Massage Therapist is responsible to provide services to Care Dimensions patients and families/caregivers to enhance quality of life through engagement in massage therapy. The Massage Therapist offers massage therapy to foster relaxation and stress reduction.
What You'll Bring: - Certificate from an accredited Massage/Physical Therapy program and appropriate licensure required.
- Minimum of 5 years of direct massage therapy or related experience. Previous experience with adults in chronic/terminal health preferred.
- Knowledge and skills in utilizing massage therapy with adults and children in a variety of settings.
- Proven written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to represent Care Dimensions in a professional manner with demonstrated ability to present a supportive and sensitive approach to patient/caregiver needs.
- Knowledge of grief/loss theory and its interaction with individual and family development.
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Computer proficiency required; strong MS Office suite experience preferred.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and maturity.
- Licensed driver with reliable transportation and automobile insurance.

The Pay Range listed is the anticipated hiring range of this position. Precise pay rates are determined through consideration of one or more of the following: education, training, relevant experience and work location. There are some cases in which the pay rate could exceed the range listed on this job post. Care Dimensions also offers a comprehensive benefits package - including employer-sponsored health insurance, paid time-off, tuition reimbursement, student loan paydown, supplemental insurance options and more - which adds to the company's generous total rewards package.
Pay Range
$30 - $30 USD
