- Purpose: To oversee the HCBS grant and support teams which provide support to community providers in taking steps towards modifying their services to come into compliance with HCBS rules through the lens of person-centered practices.

Position Highlights

- Supervises: HCBS Support Teams
- Location: Community and Business Locations within the Bay Area
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct insightful site visits, making key recommendations for HCBS compliance.
- Effectively manage support teams, ensuring impeccable scheduling, training, and follow-up.
- Build lasting relationships with community providers, clients, staff, and external agencies.
- Collaborate extensively to provide assistance that respects cultural and linguistic differences.
- Maintain rigorous monthly progress updates.
What You Bring
- Education: B.A. in Special Education, Rehabilitation Counseling, or a similar field.
- Languages: Proficiency in Spanish, Tagalog, or Cantonese is a big plus!
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to varied working hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Travel: Extensive travel within the Bay Area; must have own vehicle.
- Skills: Self-driven, highly organized, with stellar writing and time-management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Compensation and Perks
- Salary: $78,000 – $88,000/year, based on your experience.
