The Opportunity
This is an opportunity to work in a growing, fast-paced Digital Forensic and Investigation team. The Forensics Analyst will support the US OnDemand team in digital forensics matters as well as being motivated to learn from the teams they work with to develop a holistic view of OpenText’s approach to the whole EDRM cycle.


In this position you will work with our broad range of clients to understand and fulfil their needs for everything forensics. Additional responsibilities will include helping this growing team build and develop to ensure we stay at the cutting edge of what is possible.


You Are Great At
Methodical exhibit handling and property management
Performing data collections in a forensically sound manner
Proactively seek to learn from the entire OnDemand team
Provide support in the office and on forensic collections
Understanding and experience of eDiscovery workflows and the EDRM model.


What It Takes

A Bachelor level degree in a relevant subject OR work experience in a relevant field
Familiar with industry standard forensic software and hardware
Understanding of mobile device forensic fundamentals
Organization and meticulous attention to detail
Good multi-tasker able to deliver on multiple requests under pressure
The ability to prioritize incoming requests from different areas
Technically astute with proven ability to use initiative and be creative
Good written and oral communication skills
Competent using the Microsoft Office Suite


Nice to have:

Proficiency with Microsoft, Apple and Linux operating systems
Experience using Cellebrite hardware and software
Knowledge of the legal system, in particular the The Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA) (18 U.S.C. § 1030), The Stored Communications Act (SCA) and The Electronic Communications Privacy Act (ECPA)
Working knowledge of ISO forensic laboratory standards
Scripting ability in Python, SQL, PowerShell or Bash
Flexibility to travel, often at short notice


For Colorado residents, this job is expected to pay a minumun of $80,000 USD in addition to a comprehensive and competitive group benefit and healthcare plan.  Individual compensation will be determined based on skills and experience comparable to the job requirements.
