Job description
Join Well established multi-location private practice. Full scope optometric care provided to all age groups, with a good mix of annual/routine vision care and disease management. Large amount of contact lens, diabetics, ARMD and dry eye patients. Topography with meibography, Optos, VF, two new OCTs, tear lab, punctal plugs, amniotic membranes, and more available.
Local travel two days per week with option of company car or own vehicle with $75 reimbursement per trip. 2 days per week the hours are 9-5 M-F, last patient scheduled at 2:45 to ensure doctor is home before 5. 3 days per week 8-5 M-F and Sat. 8-12, associate will work two Saturdays per month, but will have one Friday off per month for a three-day weekend. Very competitive base salary with large monthly production potential based on total applied payments (includes professional fees, contact lens and optical revenue, etc.). Monthly healthcare stipend provided. AOA/VOA dues, professional license renewal, and malpractice all covered. $1000 annual CE stipend. 401(k) eligibility after one year with automatic 3% employer contribution, up to 4% total employer contribution. Seven paid holidays. One week PTO/vacation days after 6 months, two weeks after one year.
